Refund policy

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. To start a return, please use our contact form at https://rbycqi-ue.myshopify.com/pages/contact. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened sealed first aid items cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
